Integration of Catholic Health Ministry

You have an understanding of the healing ministry of Jesus Christ; and a working knowledge of the tradition, history and structure of the Catholic Church and BSHSI’s Sponsor in order to protect and maintain the reserved rights and mission interests of Bon Secours

You evidence leadership in advancing the Catholic Social Tradition through your strategic decisions and those of others with particular focus on human dignity, ethics and distributive justice. You take action to resolve conflict between these values and the organization’s practices.

Responding to the Bon Secours Charism

Compassion, healing and liberation inform and guide your response to those in need

You ensure that service for those who are poor, dying and vulnerable is a priority, even under financial and societal pressure.  You recognize when policies or procedures are not aligned with the Charism and take action to resolve.
