Ministry Leadership Formation Intensive

Title

Ministry Leadership Formation Intensive

Audience

Executive and Senior Leaders, and other leaders of high potential as invited.

Description

The Ministry Leadership Formation Intensive is grounded in the practice of reflective integration, affirming the spirituality of each person as essential to exercising the various competencies of ministry leadership.  Ministry Leadership Formation is a life-long process of sustained commitment to serving others. Authentic leadership requires the leader to take personal responsibility for the sacred, often hidden spaces within which they seek spiritual insight.
