The Center for Ministry Leadership is fully operational with a complete array of resources to support all the vocation competencies. The BSHSI leaders who complete the formal formation programs will be known in their communities as: Women and men with a reputation for spiritual and moral integrity, Ministry Leaders who are courageous in witnessing and struggling to reflectively integrate Catholic Social Teaching into the realities of living and working in a complex world and business environment Community change agents who speak and live out of a prophetic voice to bring people and communities through participation in the struggle for a more humane world.
