Mission

The Center for Ministry Leadership (CML) is the resource center for ministry formation at Bon Secours Health System. We provide programs and processes for BSHSI leaders – sponsorship, governance and management - through community building and relationship development that empowers competent and confident ministry leaders in our communities.
