Leadership development process - Shahmeen Sadiq

  1. Catch yourself ‘in the act.'
  2. Forgive yourself/Be compassionate with yourself.
  3. Connect to your vision (the thing you are so much about that you’d do anything to make it happen).
  4. Decide whether the old stories are serving you in moving towards that vision and if not, choose new stories that will.
  5. Experiment. Take the next step.
  6. See what happens.  Reflect (this is what we do in our coaching sessions).
  7. Repeat steps 1-6 often
